Endurance -Drink 30 minutes before exercise with your usual pre-workout fuel. Athletes weighing more than 150 lb (70 kg) may consider 1-2 servings.
Resilience - For extended exercise, drink servings every 2 hours with your usual workout fuel.
Recovery - For muscle recovery, drink 30 minutes after exercise with other post-workout nutrition. You may also find that a drink before bed supports muscle recovery.

I've used several times now for endurance events. i still need to work on timing, but I can feel a definitive positive impact to performance when using the poduct.
I have used this product several times on a 4 plus hour workout and it was great. I barley had to eat anything, I drank electrolytes and 13 of my regular nutrition and I felt really strong thought out the work out. I used it as well for a time trial and the results were great given the hard effort over 3 hours straight.I can't wait to try it on an ironman race!
Fantastic product for aiding in my long distance cycling events.
