Yesterday's training ride was a solid 3.5hrs in the sweets pot. This ride would typically have me eating, sleeping early and waking up tired after a restless nights sleep. On this occasion I woke up strong and went for an easy ride feeling awesome. The biggest win for me was my ability to focus on work and studies during the first 48hrs of recovery.

Love the product. Started using it last month. I've used it for long brick sessions totaling about 3.5 hours each & somehow I feel fresh at the end. I also used it for Olympic triathlon on the same course as last year & crashed it with a 20 minute PR. Can't wait to use it on my 70.3 Ironman. Highly recommend

So far I have noticed a big difference in my energy source. I have made a few changes in the way that I use Ketone Performance as I train for Ironman World Champions in St. George UT May 7 2022. I have a huge training black coming up, interested to see how it goes with the changes I have made.
