Returns

For exchanges - goods (in original packaging and unused) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 15% handling fee will be charged. Any damaged or missing goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned goods and must meet the criteria listed under our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing refunds after the return is received and inspected. The original payment method will be credited.
