Shipping policy

Delivery Times

• Orders placed and paid for before 1 PM will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
• Orders processed after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
• Orders are confirmed once payment reflects in our system.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Gauteng: 1-2 business days
• Other Major Centres: 1-3 business days
• Regional Towns: 1-4 business days

Delivery Terms

• The courier service does not accept cash or payments on behalf of our company and operates during office hours only (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery costs for larger items, such as equipment and furniture, will be quoted at the time of order.

Back Order

Back orders have a 4 week / 30 days lead time. All items in stock will be couriered to you.
